If you are experiencing inclement weather in your area, please check your event on Ticketmaster.com for the most recent up to date status. You can also check your email periodically. We will send you a notification if there is a change for your event.
It’s free and easy – go to My Account and click the Transfer button on your order. Then follow the simple steps and remember, the recipient's email address must be different than the sender's email address. The recipient will need a Ticketmaster account. If they don't they will have to create one when accepting tickets.
We’ll email you as soon as your friend accepts the tickets, and we’ll email your friend a reminder if they haven’t accepted 48 hours before the event (you can remind them too).
Once your friend accepts the transfer, trash (or recycle!) your original tickets if you printed them. They’re no longer valid and won’t get you in.
We hate delays as much as you do. While our goal is to have your tickets in your mailbox within two weeks of purchase, a surprise holdup can slow things down. Some events may have a delivery delay in place, as such your tickets will not be shipped or available to print prior to that date. You can always check your event page on Ticketmaster.com to confirm if your event is currently on a delivery delay.
If it's two days before the event and you're still waiting for your tickets, contact us and we'll make sure you can pick them up at the venue's will call window (no extra charge).*
If you have more time before the event but want to switch from mail to another delivery option, contact us to request Print at Home/TicketFast or UPS (both may have a small fee).* With Print at Home/TicketFast you can print your tickets right away by signing in to your My Account account (just click "My Account" at the top of Ticketmaster.com, then click "Print My Tickets" under "My Account" on the right).
*If your tickets arrive in the mail in the meantime, tear them up! Once we make other delivery arrangements, we cancel the original barcodes.
You may confirm the status of your order (as well as your seat locations, venue, performance date, fulfillment status, total charges, etc.) by visiting My Account on Ticketmaster.com.
Print at Home is the most convenient way of receiving your tickets. For online orders: When your tickets are ready to print, log in to Ticketmaster.com and click the View & Print Tickets button on the Order Detail page. Tickets must be printed from a desktop or laptop. You will not be able to print tickets from our mobile app.

Most tickets bought on Ticketmaster.com will automatically appear in your account. Click "My Account" at the top right of any page on our site and sign in to view the tickets under "View All Orders." You can confirm your purchase along with delivery status, seat locations, total charges, and more!
Sign in to your My Account, click "View All Orders" on the left, and use "Search for Phone or Online Orders" located at the bottom of the page. Just enter your phone and credit card numbers (exactly as you entered them when you bought your tickets), select the state where the event takes place, and presto!
