When is the Artist Presale?

The Artist Presale is on Wednesday, February 18, 2026 and runs from 10:00 a.m. local venue time until 10:00 p.m. local venue time. You can purchase up to 6 tickets during a presale.

How do I sign up for the Hilary Duff’s Artist Presale?

Visit the Hilary Duff’s Artist Presale sign up page. You can sign up any time before Monday, February 16, 2026 at 6:00 p.m. ET.

From their page, follow these steps:

1. Sign into your Ticketmaster Account. There may be additional requirements as stated on the sign up page.
2. Select the check box for the Artist Presale(s) you’d like to join
3. Review your selections for the correct date, time zones and location.
4. Click or tap Sign Up.

How does the Hilary Duff Artist Presale work?

Any fan that signs up has the opportunity to join the Artist Presale they selected. The day before each of your presales we'll email you a link the day before and send an SMS reminder (US & CA phone numbers only) up to an hour before tickets go on sale.

Once you follow the link, you’ll have to enter a queue. We recommend joining the waiting room 15 minutes before the start of the sale. No code is required to join the Artist presales as access is tied to your account.

The Artist Presale is on Wednesday, February 18, 2026 at 10:00 a.m. local venue time. You can purchase up to 6 tickets during a presale.

How do I sign up for the Fuerza Regida’s Artist Presale?

Visit the Fuerza Regida’s Artist Presale sign up page. You can sign up any time before Sunday, February 15, 2026 at 11:00 p.m. ET.

From their page, follow these steps:

1. Sign into your Ticketmaster Account. There may be additional requirements as stated on the sign up page.
2. Select the check box for the shows you’d like to join the presale for.

Face Value Ticket Exchange

Tame Impala is using Ticketmaster’s Face Value Exchange to help fans get tickets at the original price. Tickets will be non-transferable and can only be resold on Ticketmaster at face value.

Last October, we worked with the tour to cancel a small portion of tickets that had been identified as violating ticket purchase terms. Our focus is ensuring those tickets are reissued directly to fans. Those tickets will be made available through the request process detailed below.

You’ll be able to submit your request and if it can be fulfilled, your credit card will automatically be charged and you’ll get an email from Ticketmaster with further instructions.

Fans who have not yet secured tickets for The Eternal Sunshine tour may submit a request for up to four tickets to one show. Fans who already hold tickets for the tour will not be considered. We will prioritize fans who did nothing wrong but had resale tickets canceled due to the seller's violation of our terms. IF tickets remain after that, all remaining requests will be randomized and fulfilled based on ticket availability and the seating preferences selected.

Ariana Grande Ticket Request

Ticket requests for The Eternal Sunshine Tour are now open. These tickets were previously cancelled because the seller violated Ticketmaster's terms of use and now are being re-released for fans to purchase. Simply choose your preferred show and ticket options, fill in your payment information, and submit your request. The more options you select, the better your chances will be to get tickets.

The request window is now closed. If you've already submitted a request, we'll email you by Thursday, February 19, 2026 if any of your requested tickets can be fulfilled.

Frequently Asked Questions

What happens after I request tickets?

You’ll get an email summarizing your request but your card will not be charged at this time. After the request window closes, you’ll get a second email by Thursday, February 19 if any of your requested tickets can be fulfilled. If your requested tickets are fulfilled your card will be charged. You will NOT receive another email if your requested tickets can not be fulfilled. All sales are final, and refunds and exchanges will not be available.

Am I guaranteed tickets?

Submitting a request doesn’t guarantee tickets but it’s a convenient way to request tickets at a time that suits you. If none of your requested tickets are fulfilled, your card will not be charged.

When will my card be charged?

Your card will only be charged if your request can be fulfilled after the request window closes. To avoid declined transactions, please make sure your card has available funds to cover your maximum potential total. If your card is declined, you will lose your tickets.

What if my requested tickets aren’t fulfilled?

You can review the status of your requested tickets anytime by returning to the My Request page. If your tickets are not fulfilled, the status will show as unsuccessful. Fans whose requested tickets are not fulfilled will not receive an email, and your card will not be charged.

Can I place multiple requests?

No. Only one request per tour is valid. If you submit a second request, your previous ticket request will be cancelled.

Can I change my request?

Yes, if you want to change your request you will need to submit a new request before Thursday, February 12 at 12:00 PM EST. To submit a new request, return to the request page and sign in. Your new request will override your previous request.

Can I cancel my request after it’s submitted?

Yes, you can cancel your request at any time before Thursday, February 12 at 12:00 PM EST on the My Request page.
