Delivery changes may be available for your event. All you need to do is:

  1. Head to the Order History in your account from your computer or tablet
  2. Click the Order Details link
  3. Click the More Options button and pick the delivery option you want

* Please note delivery changes are not available for Resale Tickets

If you don’t see a More Options button – we can help:

  • Click the Live Chat link to the left of the order in your account, or
  • Give us a call at 800-653-8000
