If your event is canceled you don't have to do a thing. We'll inform you of the cancellation and refund your entire order (including fees) on the same card used for purchase. Your refund should post to your account 7-10 business days from the date of the cancellation notice.

Don’t forget to check Fan-to-Fan Resale – if you can’t make the new date and your event is enabled, you can sell your tickets straight from My Account.
