Can’t make the new date? Refunds for rescheduled events are up to the artist, team, venue, or promoter. If they allow it, you’ll see a Refund button on your order in most cases:
No Refund button? Could be because you purchased additional stuff like parking or split payment with a friend – please contact us.
If that’s not the case there’s always Plan B: look for a Sell button on the order to list your tickets on the spot.
