Hold on to your tickets they will be valid for the new date unless we notify you otherwise.

Can’t make the new date? Refunds for rescheduled events are up to the artist, team, venue, or promoter. If they allow it, you’ll see a Refund button on your order in most cases:

  1. Go to Ticketmaster.com on your computer or tablet
  2. Log into your account to see your order
  3. Click the Order Details link and look for a Refund button

No Refund button? Could be because you purchased additional stuff like parking or you purchased resale tickets – Please Contact Fan Support.

If that’s not the case, look for a Sell button on the order to list your tickets on the spot. If the sell button does not appear, you can always try to repost your tickets for sale on Ticketsnow.com, a Ticketmaster Company.
