Whew, at least it wasn’t canceled. We’ll contact you with the new info ASAP, and your original tickets will still get you in.

Can’t make the new date? Refunds for rescheduled events are up to the artist, team, venue, or promoter. If they allow it, you’ll see a Refund button on your order in most cases:

  1. Go to Ticketmaster.com on your computer or tablet
  2. Head to your account to see your order
  3. Click the Order Details link and look for a Refund button

No Refund button? Could be because you purchased additional stuff like parking or split payment with a friend – please contact us.

If that’s not the case there’s always Plan B: look for a Sell button on the order to list your tickets on the spot.
