Cancellation Policy
Cancellation policies vary for each hotel. Review the hotel cancellation policies provided at checkout, or in your hotel booking confirmation email. If your booking is eligible, you can proceed to cancel via the ‘Manage My Reservation’ link in your hotel confirmation email.
Cancellation Fees
Please reference your hotel booking confirmation email for personal and event cancellation policies. You may have to pay a cancellation fee depending on the hotel policy you agreed to upon checkout.
Confirm Booking Status
After you cancel your hotel booking, you will receive an email confirming the cancellation. Make sure to check your inbox, spam, and junk mail folders. You can also access this by clicking the ‘Manage my Reservation’ link through the hotel confirmation email to view the updated booking status. If eligible for a refund and booking is successfully cancelled, refunds should be processed in three to five business days.
If my Event is cancelled or rescheduled, is my hotel reservation automatically cancelled?
If you have purchased a hotel accommodation with or after your ticket purchase, the booking is subject to the hotel’s cancellation policy, which is provided both at the time of booking and in your Order Confirmation email. If you purchased a ticket to an event through our Site either in one transaction with the hotel or in a separate transaction and that event is canceled, rescheduled, or moved, your hotel booking will not be affected. If you want to cancel your Hotel Booking for any reason, you are solely responsible for managing your cancellation. If your booking is eligible to be canceled, you can do so by selecting the “Manage My Reservation” link in your hotel confirmation email.
