Hotel Confirmation
You will receive a separate hotel confirmation email within 48 hours of your purchase (usually immediate) to the email address provided at checkout. If you have not received your hotel confirmation and check-in is in less than 48 hours, please contact Fan Support.
Be sure to check your email inbox, spam and junk folders for your ticket and hotel confirmation emails from Ticketmaster (noreply.travel@ticketmaster.com).
Where can I view my hotel details?
Your Hotel Booking details are provided during the checkout process. You can also find your booking details in your hotel confirmation email and by clicking the ‘Manage my Reservation’ link within the hotel confirmation email.
What does "Run of The House" or "Room Assigned on Arrival" mean?
Typically, a “Run of The House” and “Room Assigned on Arrival” is where the guest does not select a room type in advance. The hotel assigns the guest to any available room depending on availability at the time of check-in.
Can I upgrade or modify my booking after making a purchase?
No, hotel bookings can't be modified or upgraded through Ticketmaster Travel at this time.
