If you can’t locate your eGift Card email or the email's link has expired, we may be able to resend you the eGift Card details.
To make the request to see if we are able to recover your card details, follow these steps:
- From our contact form, fill in the and include as much of the following information as possible:
- The eGift Card order reference.
- The name and email address of the person who purchased the eGift Card.
- The name and email address of the person who received the eGift Card.
- The eGift Card number. If you have the card number but have lost the PIN, replace the first six digits with XXXXXX. It should be sent to us like this: XXXXXX1234567890. Otherwise, our systems will delete your message for security reasons.
- Click or tap Submit.
Once you've submitted your request, a Fan Support representative will contact you.
Our Fan Support representatives can only help you with queries about eGift Cards purchased before Oct. 3, 2022. View the other tab if your eGift card was purchased on or after that date. - From our contact form, fill in the and include as much of the following information as possible:

To find your eGift Card details, visit the Ticketmaster Gift Card portal where you can resend the eGift card to yourself.If you need assistance using the portal, view the navigation panel on the left, select Live Help to chat with our Gift Card Customer Support team during office hours, or select the Contact Customer Support option to submit your query on our contact form.
The Customer Support team of our Gift Card partner, CashStar, can only help you with queries about eGift Cards purchased on or after Oct. 3, 2022. View the other tab if your eGift card was purchased before that date.
