To learn more about managing, assigning and accepting your Ticketmaster tickets through Intuit Dome, read through the info below. If you’d like more info on entering the Intuit Dome, visit their Know Before You Go guide.
For events at Intuit Dome, all attendees are required to use the Intuit Dome app for entry and have a ticket assigned to their unique Intuit Dome account. The venue will send you details on how to use the app prior to your event.
Does every attendee need to be assigned a ticket in their Intuit Dome account to enter?
Yes, the Intuit Dome requires every fan to have a ticket assigned to them in their Intuit Dome account. This means that each ticket is tied to a unique account. First-time attendees must download the Intuit Dome App and create an account using the same email address linked to their active Ticketmaster Account.
If an attendee doesn’t have a smartphone or can’t manage their own ticket, they can be designated as a Teammate (also called dependents) and have their ticket can be managed by a companion. Teammates must enter the venue with the person assigned to their ticket.
What is the difference between assigning tickets versus transferring tickets?
- Assigning tickets is used when you’re attending the event. It lets you assign tickets to each member of your party without removing the ticket from your account, giving you flexibility and oversight to reassign tickets until they’re scanned for entry. For visual step-by-step instructions, watch the Intuit Dome video.
- Transferring tickets is used when you're not attending the event or have sold the ticket through another platform. It transfers full management to the recipient and removes the ticket from your account. For visual step-by-step instructions, watch the Intuit Dome video.
I’m not attending the event. Should I assign or transfer the ticket?
It’s recommended you transfer the ticket and allow the recipient to manage the ticket and control permissions.

A person in my group can't manage their own ticket. What should I do?
If you or another member of your party are attending the event with children, friends or family that can't manage their ticket from a smartphone, add them as Teammates (also called dependents) to each of the tickets you'd like to use.
Teammates assigned to you or other members of your party must enter the event with the person that manages their ticket.
Follow these steps to assign a dependent ticket:
- Select the ticket.
- Check the box next to each seat you’d like to assign as a dependent ticket.
- Select Confirm.
How can I tell if a recipient has accepted their assigned ticket?
Once a ticket has been accepted, you’ll receive an email. You can also find the status under the Manage Ticket button on your order.
Do I have full control to manage tickets I purchased?
You have full control to manage the tickets you purchased as long as they remain in your account. Assigned tickets remain in your account, but you may revoke access from the recipients of your tickets at any time before they are scanned for entry. If you transfer your tickets, and they’re accepted by the recipient, the tickets are removed from your account and no longer accessible to you.
I’m planning to attend the event. Can I transfer tickets I’m not using?
Yes, but you’ll need to first assign tickets that you would like to keep for your group, including assigning a ticket to yourself. After assigning those tickets, select the button Need to transfer a ticket you've sold elsewhere? to start the process.
For visual step-by-step instructions, watch the video below:
I accidentally transferred my tickets when I wanted to assign them. What should I do?
If the person you’ve transferred the tickets to hasn’t accepted them yet, cancel the transfer. You can then assign the tickets by selecting Yes, I’m going.
If they’ve already accepted, they now have full control of that ticket. You can either ask them to transfer the ticket back to you or they can assign the tickets to you and the others in your party.
How do I remove someone from an assigned ticket?
- Open the Intuit Dome App or Ticketmaster.com.
- Select your order and tap Manage Ticket.
- Select the trash can icon to remove the recipient from the ticket.
- Confirm or submit the change.
I tried to change an assigned ticket, but it won’t allow me to edit the information or the dependent’s assigned tickets. What should I do?
You’ll need to cancel the assigned ticket and resend it with the updated info.
What should I do if I’ve assigned tickets, but can no longer attend with my group?
You’ll need to cancel the assignment on all tickets and transfer the tickets instead – this gives the recipients full control of managing their tickets. Follow these steps:
- Open the Intuit Dome App or Ticketmaster.com.
- From your order, tap Manage Ticket to view your assignments.
- Cancel all assignments to your attendees.
- Choose No, I won’t be attending.
- Follow the prompts to transfer the tickets.
Can I unassign a ticket if the recipient has already entered the event?
No, once a ticket has been scanned you can’t make any changes.
How do I accept a ticket?
Before you click accept, make sure the email that the sender used matches the email in your Ticketmaster account. Check your My Profile for the correct info. Then, follow these steps:
-
- Sign into your Ticketmaster Account.
- Under My Tickets, select Upcoming Events.
- Select the Ticket Transfer dropdown to review your ticket options.
- Click Accept.
- Select the link from the email or text.
- Open the Intuit Dome App. If needed, create an Intuit Dome account with the email address the sender used when assigning the ticket to you.
- In My Tickets, tap the event to view the details of any pending assignments sent to you.
- Tap Accept. Ensure you complete the verification requirements within the Intuit Dome App.
What should I do if I can’t see my ticket or don’t receive the link?
Check with the person who sent the tickets to see if they used the correct contact info that’s associated with your Ticketmaster Account.
Do I have control over a ticket that has been assigned to me?
No, the sender still maintains control of the ticket management even when it's been assigned to you. They can revoke access to the ticket at any time before you enter the venue.
If you’ve purchased a ticket from someone on another platform, the ticket must be transferred to you. Don’t accept an assigned ticket, as the original purchaser will still have the ability to revoke your access.
If I’ve accepted an assigned ticket, can I transfer it to someone not attending with me or sell the ticket?
The original purchaser needs to transfer rather than assign the ticket. After you’ve accepted, you can transfer it to someone else. To see if resale is available for your ticket, check in the Intuit Dome App.
