Sign into your Ticketmaster account then click My Profile, and select the Connected Accounts tab. There, you’ll be able to connect or disconnect your PENN Play account.
You can buy any eligible tickets to any eligible event on Ticketmaster.com. This excludes Tickets available through a credit card sponsored offer (e.g., a credit card presale) and ticket insurance.

Yes. You must have a minimum balance of $1.00 PENN Cash in order to use it for a purchase on Ticketmaster.com.
No. You can only use PENN Cash towards online purchases on Ticketmaster.com.
Yes. You can use PENN Cash to make a partial payment and then use an eligible credit/debit card or Ticketmaster gift card to pay for the rest of your order. Third-party payments such as PayPal, Venmo, and Apple Pay are not available as a secondary payment option when also using PENN Cash.
Yes. You may apply any eligible promotional codes, credits, gift cards or stored value in your Ticketmaster account to orders paid using PENN Cash. Ticketmaster first applies the promo codes or credit amount stored on your account, then the PENN Cash you requested to use, and finally your gift card. Any remaining balance will be charged to a credit card.
No. Multiple rewards programs can’t be aggregated for a single order. If you don’t have enough PENN Cash to pay for your entire order, the remaining balance will be applied to your credit/debit card or Ticketmaster gift card. Third-party payments such as PayPal, Venmo, and Apple Pay are not available as a secondary payment option.
In case of an event cancelation or refund, PENN Cash used for purchases will be returned to the PENN Play account associated with the order, and any remaining amount will be returned to the additional payment method you used.
If you no longer want to use PENN Cash to pay for tickets on Ticketmaster.com, you can disconnect your PENN Play account under the Connected Accounts tab in your Account Settings. You will still be able to use your other payment methods connected to your Ticketmaster account for transactions on Ticketmaster.com.
