How do I sign up for the Coldplay Artist Presale?
Visit the Coldplay Artist Presale sign up page. You can sign up any time before Thursday, October 10 at 10am ET.
From their page, follow these steps:
- Sign into your My Account.
- Select the check box for the Artist Presale(s) you’d like to join
- Review your selections for the correct date, time zones and location.
- Click or tap Sign Up.
- Make sure you see the confirmation page.
You’re all set. We’ll send you an email reminder the day before your Artist Presales begin.
How does the Coldplay Artist Presale work?
Any fan that signs up has the opportunity to join the Artist Presales they selected. The day before each of your presales, we’ll email you a reminder with a link to the Artist Presale.
The Artist Presales for this tour are hosted by multiple ticketing sites. If your selected Artist Presale is on Ticketmaster, it won't require a code, access is tied to your account. You can join the waiting room 30 minutes before the start of the sale.
If you’ve selected an Artist Presale hosted by another ticketing site, you’ll receive your code and a link to the site hosting your presale via email the day before. Make sure to create an account on the site ahead of time.
You can edit your selections up until the sign up window closes.

When do other presales start?
There may be a few presales for Coldplay. To find the full list of available presales, follow the steps below:
- Click the link to your event page on the Ticketmaster Event Chart
- Click Event Info/See Tickets
- If the first presale hasn’t started, you will see a countdown timer and a list of all presales.
- If a presale has already started, click the View Onsales Time link

How many tickets can I buy?
You can purchase up to 4 tickets.
Delivery
