How do I sign up for the Tyler Childers Artist Presale?
Visit the Tyler Childers Artist Presale sign-up page at https://livemu.sc/tylerchilders. You can sign up any time before Sunday, November 17, at 11:59 PM EST.
From their page, follow these steps:
- Sign into your My Account.
- Select the check box for the Artist Presale(s) you’d like to join
- Review your selections for the correct date, time zones and location.
- Click or tap Sign Up.
- Make sure you see the confirmation page.
You’re all set. We’ll send you an email and text reminder the day before your Artist Presales begin.
How does the Tyler Childers Artist Presale work?
Any fan that signs up has the opportunity to join the Artist Presales they selected. The day before each of your presales, we’ll email and text you a reminder with a link to the Artist Presale.
The Artist Presales for this tour are hosted by multiple ticketing sites. If your selected Artist Presale is on Ticketmaster, it won't require a code, access is tied to your account. You can join the waiting room 15 minutes before the start of the sale.
If you’ve selected an Artist Presale hosted by another ticketing site, you’ll receive your code and a link to the site hosting your presale via email and text the day before. Make sure to create an account on the site ahead of time.
You can edit your selections up until the sign up window closes.

When do other presales start?
There may be a few presales for Tyler Childers. To find the full list of available presales, follow the steps below:
- Click the link to your event page on the Ticketmaster Event Chart
- Click Event Info/See Tickets
- If the first presale hasn’t started, you will see a countdown timer and a list of all presales.
- If a presale has already started, click the View Onsales Time link

How many tickets can I buy?
You can purchase up to 6 tickets.
Accessible Tickets
You can search for accessible tickets for Tyler Childers by selecting the Filters button and toggling the Show accessible tickets button.
Venues are solely responsible for establishing their own accessible seating ticket policies. Availability and type of accessible seating tickets will vary by venue. Some venues sell all or a portion of their accessible seating tickets only through their box office and not through Ticketmaster.

Delivery

Face Value Ticket Exchange
The artist wants to give fans, not scalpers, the best chance to buy tickets at face value. To help achieve this, the tour will be using Ticketmaster's Face Value Exchange where, if needed, you can resell your ticket to other fans at the original price paid. To help protect the Exchange, Tyler Childers has also chosen to make tickets for this tour mobile only and restricted from transfer.* Please note, a valid bank account or debit card within the country of your event is required to sell on the Face Value Exchange.

*New York and Virginia have passed state laws requiring unlimited ticket resale and limiting artists’ ability to determine how their tickets are resold.
