Join the fan club from the artist’s official fan club site. As a club member, you’ll get a unique presale code before the upcoming ticket presale starts.
Some artists give fans the chance to buy tickets and a fan club membership together during their presales on Ticketmaster.com — so you won’t need a presale code. When buying your tickets on the interactive seat map, use the Filters button and look for the Ticket + Fan Club Membership under ticket types if you're not a member yet.
Not all fan clubs have presale offers.
I'm a fan club member, where's my fan club presale code?
Presale codes are in your account of the official fan club site. All fan club presale codes come from fan clubs, not from Ticketmaster. If you need help getting your code, contact the fan club.
Why isn't my fan club presale code working?
Fan club presale codes are case sensitive, so make sure you've entered the code exactly as it appears from the fan club. If you receive a message that the code is incorrect, contact the fan club directly for assistance.
The presale tickets are limited and receiving a code doesn't guarantee securing tickets. If your group doesn't mind sitting separately, try changing the number of tickets you search for, as there could only be singles or pairs remaining.
