A parking pass doesn’t guarantee an accessible (ADA) parking spot. They’re available on a first-come, first-served basis.

ParkWhiz is Ticketmaster’s official parking service provider for off-site parking options. It’s typically available for purchase during the checkout process.
Why can't I see all the locations on my mobile device?
When searching and booking on a mobile device, ParkWhiz won't display any locations that require a printed pass.
Why does my credit card statement show a charge from ParkWhiz?
In certain instances, parking charges will appear as a separate charge from ParkWhiz; however, in other cases, the parking fee may be integrated into your Ticketmaster ticket charge.
How can I request a refund for my ParkWhiz parking pass if I'm unable to attend the event?
You can cancel your parking pass any time before the start time of the pass by logging into your ParkWhiz account using the email you used to book your tickets. For more information on how to cancel your parking pass, you can visit ParkWhiz’s knowledge base article here.
If the parking time on your pass has already started, submit a refund request using the ParkWhiz Refund Request Form. For any other questions, you can view the ParkWhiz Help Center.

When your order confirmation appears on the screen, click the Retrieve Parking Pass link to download or save your pass.

- Select View Your Parking Pass.
- Download or save your pass.

- Create or sign into your ParkWhiz account.
- Click My Passes or tap My Parking on the ParkWhiz app.
- Find your order.
How do I print my pass?
To print your parking pass, visit ParkWhiz.com on your desktop or laptop and follow the instructions under the ParkWhiz website or app section above.
Why can't I see my pass?
If your ParkWhiz pass isn't appearing using the steps above, check that the email you used to sign in matches the address you used to make your ParkWhiz purchase.

Can I sell or transfer my parking pass?
ParkWhiz parking passes cannot be sold or transferred through your Ticketmaster account. You can give the physical printout of the pass to someone else to use or send them a PDF copy.
Accessible parking availability varies by location and is on a first-come, first-served basis. Check the Amenities section of your parking pass for accessible parking availability. -
SpotHero is one of Ticketmaster’s parking service providers for off-site parking options. It's typically available for purchase during the checkout process.
Can I change the time of my parking reservation?
You can’t change the time of your parking reservation. The preset time on your reservation ensures that your parking will be reserved 1-2 hours before your event and 1 hour after. Please see your parking pass for exact start and end times.
What if I'm purchasing a spot for an event and the event runs late?
If an event runs late, there’s no need to leave early. SpotHero works with parking operators to ensure that adequate personnel and resources are available to accommodate the extended parking needs whenever possible for large events. If for some reason a parking operator is unable to accommodate an event when it runs late and you experience any issues while exiting, please don’t hesitate to reach out to the SpotHero team at 844-755-7768 or support@spothero.com.
Is there an additional fee for oversized vehicles?
Some locations charge a separate oversize fee for vehicles that are taller than 65″ or longer than 181”. Oversized vehicle fees vary by location and are paid on-site when you arrive.
Can I sell or transfer my parking pass?
SpotHero parking passes can’t be sold or transferred through your Ticketmaster account.
How can I request a refund for my SpotHero parking reservation if I'm unable to attend the event?
You can cancel your parking reservation up until the minute before it starts by clicking Cancel Reservation on your parking pass. You can also cancel your reservation on the SpotHero website or SpotHero app. To see the start time of your parking reservation, check your parking pass.
Where is my refund?
Refunds will be processed to the original method of payment used at time of purchase. It should appear on your account within 21 days, depending on your bank’s processing time. If you don’t see your refund after that time, please reach out to Fan Support.
What if something goes wrong with my reservation?
If you need assistance with your reservation, please reach out to the SpotHero team at 844-755-7768 or support@spothero.com. Please have your rental ID number ready to help them quickly locate the relevant information.
After Purchase
- When your order confirmation appears on screen, click the View Parking Pass link to see your parking reservation details.
- You will use this parking pass to access the parking facility.

- Select View Parking Pass.

- Create or sign into your SpotHero account using the email address you used on Ticketmaster.

- Find your parking reservation under the Current Reservations section.
