Presale

How do I sign up for the Pearl Jam Artist Presale?

Visit the Pearl Jam Artist Presale sign up page. You can sign up any time before Tuesday, December 10 at 10 a.m. PT.

From their page, follow these steps:

1. Sign into your My Account.
2. Select the check box for the Artist Presale(s) you’d like to join
3. Review your selections for the correct date, time zones and location.
4. Click or tap Sign Up.
5. Make sure you see the confirmation page.

You’re all set. We’ll send you an email reminder the day before your Artist Presales with a link to join.

How does the Pearl Jam Artist Presale work?

Any fan that signs up has the opportunity to join the Artist Presales they selected. The day before each of your presales, we’ll email you a reminder with a link to the Artist Presale. 

Once you follow the link, you’ll have to enter a queue. We recommend joining the waiting room 15 minutes before the start of the sale. No code is required to join the Artist Presales, access is tied to your account.

When is the Artist Presale?

The Artist Presale is on Friday, December 13, and runs from 10 a.m. local time until 4 p.m. local time.

Will there be a general sale?

If inventory remains after the Artist Presale, it will be made available at 4 p.m. local time on Friday, December 13.

How many tickets can I buy?

Ten Club members may request up to two (2) tickets per show for this tour. When shopping for tickets during the Artist Presale, you may purchase up to four (4) additional tickets per arena show.

Accessible Tickets

You can search for accessible tickets for Pearl Jam by selecting the Filters button and toggling the Show accessible tickets button.

Venues are solely responsible for establishing their own accessible seating ticket policies. Availability and type of accessible seating tickets will vary by venue. Some venues sell all or a portion of their accessible seating tickets only through their box office and not through Ticketmaster.

Delivery

Pearl Jam tickets are mobile entry only. To access your tickets for entry, you must download the Ticketmaster App or add to your mobile wallet. How do I use Mobile Entry tickets?

Face Value Ticket Exchange

The tour will use Ticketmaster’s Face Value Exchange so that fans that can’t use the tickets they have purchased, can resell their tickets to other fans at the original price paid. This will be available for every city beginning at a later date. You must have a valid bank account or debit card within the country of the event(s) in order to sell the tickets on Ticketmaster. Tickets identified for sale above face value on secondary marketplaces are subject to cancellation.
