Once your order ships from our facility, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
Please note that once your order has been shipped, we are unable to make any changes to it, including modifying the delivery address or changing the method of delivery.
Unfortunately, you can’t ship Fanatics items to APO/FPO or PO box addresses. Fanatics merchandise can only be shipped to addresses within the United States and Canada.
Please note that once your order has been submitted, we are unable to make any changes to it, including cancel requests.
Shipping estimates
Once your entire order is ready it will be shipped. At that time, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with the estimated delivery, which is typically 3-7 business days.
If your delivery timeframe has passed or the tracking information shows "delivered" but you haven't received your package, please allow three additional business days for the item to be delivered. If that timeframe has passed and you still have not received the item we're here to assist you, please call 855-438-0679 for assistance.
Lost packages must be reported within 45 days of your order's ship date.
Sometimes tracking information updates early, and your package may arrive within 24-48 hours. If it's before the estimated delivery date, please wait as your package is on its way. If it's been more than 3 days since the package was marked Delivered, please contact us.
If you are unable to locate your package, please contact us with your order number ready. A Fan Advocate will be happy to assist you.
Before contacting customer service, please ensure the following steps are taken:
- Check the immediate area around your mailbox or front desk.
- In the case of UPS Mail Innovations, allow an additional 3 business days for final delivery.
Returns
Need to return an item? Don't worry! You can return your merchandise to the Fanatics warehouse up to 365 days* from the item's ship date. *Returns must be unworn/unused with original tags and labels.
For orders shipped within the United States and Canada, Fanatics provides a prepaid merchandise return label for easy and convenient returns. Simply attach it to the package containing the returned item and send it back hassle-free. Once processed, you’ll receive a refund minus a $9.99 shipping fee for U.S. returns and $12.99 shipping fee for Canada returns.

Exchanges aren’t offered; however, you can return merchandise that hasn’t been worn or used for a refund up to 365 days after ship date.
Your items won’t be accepted, and your merchandise will be donated to a charity of Fanatics choice. A refund will not be credited to your account.
When you start the return process, if you choose to receive a refund, we’ll issue it to the original method of payment used at time of purchase. Fanatics will deduct $9.99 for U.S. shipments and $12.99 for Canadian shipments for the return shipping costs when using the return label provided with your shipment. If the return is Fanatics fault, they’ll cover this charge. Original shipping charges are not included in the refunded price.
It can take up to 10 business days to receive and process your return. Once processed, it can take 2-7 business days for your refund to reflect on your account statement. You'll receive a confirmation email once completed.
WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THE ACCEPTANCE, SAFEKEEPING AND/ OR RETURN OF ANY ITEMS THAT YOU SHIP TO US IN ERROR (I.E., ITEMS THAT WERE NOT PURCHASED ON OUR SITE) ("ERRONEOUS RETURN"). If we nevertheless receive and accept an Erroneous Return, we may require, in our sole discretion, that you pay a reasonable processing and shipping fee in order to cover the costs of shipping the Erroneous Return ("Return Fee") back to you. Once received, we will use commercially reasonable efforts to notify you and hold the Erroneous Return for a reasonable period of time not to exceed 30 days. If we are unable to contact you or we do not receive payment of the Return Fee, if any, during that time, we may destroy the Erroneous Return or donate it to a charity of our choice.
