How do I participate in the BeyHive Presale?

Beyoncé.com subscribers were notified by email and will get a unique code on Monday, February 10 to participate in the BeyHive Presale. There is no sign-up for this presale.

When is the BeyHive Presale?

The BeyHive presale will take place on Tuesday, February 11 at 12 P.M. Local.

When is the Citi Presale?

The Citi Presale will take place on Wednesday, February 12 at 12 P.M. Local.

How do I participate in the Citi Presale?

Citi cardholders have a presale through the Citi Entertainment program. To access tickets, you must use the first 6 digits of your eligible Citi credit card or Citibank Debit Card as your presale code, and complete your purchase using your Citi card.

When is the Verizon Presale?

The Verizon Presale will take place on Wednesday, February 12 at 12 P.M. Local.

How do I participate in the Verizon Presale?

All Verizon customers can participate in this presale. To access tickets, you must link your Verizon account to your Ticketmaster account in My Profile > Connected Accounts.

How do I participate in the Beyoncé Artist Presale?

To participate in the Beyoncé Artist Presale you must sign up in advance.

How do I sign up for the Beyoncé Artist Presale?

Visit the Beyoncé Artist Presale sign up page.

You can sign up any time before Thursday, February 6 at 8 A.M. ET.

From the page, follow these steps:

1. Sign into your My Account.
2. Select the check box for the Artist Presale(s) you’d like to join
3. Review your selections for the correct date, time zones and location.
4. Click or tap Sign Up.
5. Make sure you see the confirmation page.

You’re all set. We’ll send you an email reminder the day before your Artist Presales begin. 

How does the Beyoncé Presale work?

Any fan that signs up has the opportunity to join the Artist Presales they selected. The day before each of your presales, we’ll email you a reminder with a link to the Artist Presale.

The Artist Presales for this tour are hosted by multiple ticketing sites. 

If your selected Artist Presale is on Ticketmaster, it won't require a code, access is tied to your account. You can join the waiting room 30 minutes before the start of the sale.

If you’ve selected an Artist Presale hosted by another ticketing site, you’ll receive your code and a link to the site hosting your presale via email the day before. Make sure to create an account on the site ahead of time.

You can edit your selections until the sign-up window closes.

How will I know if I have access to the Artist presale?

If you sign up, you'll have access to join the presales you selected. Only fans who sign up in advance can join. We’ll also email you a reminder before the sale starts to make it easier for you.

Will signing up for the presales guarantee I get tickets?

No, signing up only allows you to participate in the presales you selected. This does not guarantee you will get tickets.

When does the sign up window close?

You’ll need to sign up by 8 A.M. ET on Thursday, February 6 to access the presales.

Can I change my selections after I’ve submitted them?

Yes, you can edit your selections while the sign up window is open. Once the deadline has passed, your submission is set.

How do I add my debit or credit card to my account before the presale starts?

To check out quicker during the presale, add your payment method ahead of time in the My Profile section of your account. Visit our FAQ for step-by-step instructions.

How do I sign up for the Artist Presale for Paris dates?

To sign up for the presales in Paris head to the Paris sign-up page. For the Paris dates, you’ll receive an email on Wednesday, February 12 with your unique code and presale link.

Why do some Beyoncé Artist Presales have codes and others don’t?

Beyoncé Artist Presales hosted by Ticketmaster for UK and North American dates do not require codes, access is tied to your Ticketmaster account. If you’ve selected a Beyoncé Artist Presale hosted by another ticketing site in North America or signed up for one of the presales in Paris, you’ll receive your code and a link to the presale via email.

General Sale

The general sale for Beyoncé starts Friday, February 14 at 12 PM venue time. Tickets are not guaranteed and are available on a first-come, first-served basis.

How many tickets can I buy?

You can purchase up to four (4) tickets for each presale and eight (8) tickets for the general onsale.

Accessible Tickets

You can search for accessible tickets for Beyoncé by selecting the Filters button and toggling the Show accessible tickets button.

Venues are solely responsible for establishing their own accessible seating ticket policies. Availability and type of accessible seating tickets will vary by venue. Some venues sell all or a portion of their accessible seating tickets only through their box office and not through Ticketmaster.

Delivery

Beyoncé tickets are mobile entry only. To access your tickets for entry, you must download the Ticketmaster App or add to your mobile wallet. How do I use Mobile Entry tickets?
