How do I sign up for the Lady Gaga Artist Presale?
Visit the Lady Gaga Artist Presale sign up page. You can sign up any time before Thursday, April 24 @ 7 AM PT.
From their page, follow these steps:
- Sign into your Ticketmaster Account.
- Select the check box for the Artist Presale(s) you’d like to join
- Review your selections for the correct date, time zones and location.
- Click or tap Sign Up.
- Make sure you see the confirmation page.
You’re all set. We’ll send you an email reminder the day before your Artist Presales begin.
How does the Lady Gaga Artist Presale work?
Any fan that signs up has the opportunity to join the presales they selected. The day before each of your presales, we’ll email you a link to the presales you selected.
For presales hosted by Ticketmaster, we recommend joining the waiting room 15 minutes before the start of the sale.

When is the Artist Presale?
The Artist Presale is from April 28 @ 12 PM local time until April 29 @ 11 AM local time.
When does the Citi® Cardmember Presale start?
Citi® Cardmember Presale starts Thursday, April 24, 2025 at 12:00 PM local venue time.

When does the Verizon Access Presale start?
Verizon Access Presale starts Friday, April 25, 2025 at 12:00 p.m. local venue time.
Go to Account Settings to connect your Verizon account. Visit the Verizon myAccess site for eligibility and to learn more about your offers.
When do other presales start?
There may be a few presales for the Lady Gaga. To find the full list of available presales, follow the steps below:
- Click the link to your event page on the Ticketmaster Event Chart
- Click Event Info/See Tickets
- If the first presale hasn’t started, you will see a countdown timer and a list of all presales.
- If a presale has already started, click the View Onsales Time link
General Sale

Ticket Limits
How many tickets can I buy?
You can purchase up to 4 tickets during presales and up to 8 tickets during the general sale.
Accessible Tickets
You can search for accessible tickets for the Lady Gaga by selecting the Filters button and toggling the Show accessible tickets button.
Venues are solely responsible for establishing their own accessible seating ticket policies. Availability and type of accessible seating tickets will vary by venue. Some venues sell all or a portion of their accessible seating tickets only through their box office and not through Ticketmaster.

Delivery
