Presale
There are several types of presales that may be available, including the Artist Presale, presales with codes, Sponsor Presales exclusively for their customers and Fan Clubs. Accessible Tickets
You can search for accessible tickets by selecting the Filters button and toggling Show accessible tickets.
Venues are solely responsible for establishing their own accessible ticket policies. Availability, type and location of accessible tickets will vary by venue. Venues decide where their accessible tickets will be sold, and may decide to sell these tickets themselves.
Accessing your mobile tickets
You can access your ticket details from the Ticketmaster App. The Event Organizer will make the scannable ticket available closer to the day of your event, which is estimated to be 48 hrs before your event. You’ll see your order but will not have access to the ticket barcode until this time.
Before leaving for your event, we recommend viewing your ticket in the app or adding your ticket to a mobile wallet to avoid internet connectivity issues at the venue.
Face Value Exchange
Dermot Kennedy has chosen to use Ticketmaster’s Face Value Exchange, which allows fans to sell their tickets to other fans at the original price paid. It’s free to use for sellers. If you sell your tickets, you'll receive the total price you paid. The listing price is automatically set at the total price you paid. This includes the face value price set by the artist, plus any applicable fees and taxes. They'll be made available for resale on a first-come, first-served basis. Why can’t I change the price of my ticket when I list it for sale?
To respect the artist’s decision, tickets may only be listed at the total price paid, which includes the face value price of the ticket plus any applicable fees and taxes.
