Accessible Tickets
You can search for accessible tickets by selecting the Filters button and toggling Show accessible tickets.
Venues are solely responsible for establishing their own accessible ticket policies. Availability, type and location of accessible tickets will vary by venue. Venues decide where their accessible tickets will be sold, and may decide to sell these tickets themselves.
Accessing your mobile tickets
You can access your ticket details from the Ticketmaster App. The Event Organizer will make the scannable ticket available closer to the day of your event, which is estimated to be 48 hrs before your event. You’ll see your order but will not have access to the ticket barcode until this time.
Before leaving for your event, we recommend viewing your ticket in the app or adding your ticket to a mobile wallet to avoid internet connectivity issues at the venue.
Face Value Exchange
The artist wants to give fans, not scalpers, the best chance to buy tickets at face value. To help achieve this, the tour will be using Ticketmaster’s Face Value Exchange where, if needed, you can resell your ticket to other fans at the original price paid. To help protect the Exchange, Spiritbox has also chosen to make tickets for this tour mobile only and restricted from transfer.* Please note, a valid bank account or debit card within the country of your event is required to sell on the Face Value Exchange.

*New York, Illinois, Colorado, Virginia and Connecticut have passed state laws requiring unlimited ticket resale and limiting artists’ ability to determine how their tickets are resold. To adhere to local law, tickets in these states will not be restricted from transfer but the artist encourages fans to use the Face Value Exchange.
