Anyone may submit a request for up to four tickets to one show. Fans who do not already hold tickets to the tour will be prioritized. If tickets remain after that, all remaining requests will be randomized and fulfilled based on ticket availability and the seating preferences selected.
Ariane Grande Ticket Request
Ticket requests for The Eternal Sunshine Tour production releases are now open. Production releases occur when tickets initially held back for staging, sightlines, or technical production are released for sale once the final stage set up is confirmed and additional seats are deemed sellable. Simply choose your preferred show and ticket options, fill in your payment information, and submit your request. The more options you select, the better your chances will be to get tickets.
After the request window closes on Thursday, May 14 at 12:00 PM EST, we'll let you know if any of your requested tickets can be fulfilled, and your card will be charged.

Frequently Asked Questions
What happens after I request tickets?
You’ll get an email summarizing your request but your card will not be charged at this time. After the request window closes, you’ll get a second email by Thursday, May 21 if any of your requested tickets can be fulfilled. If your requested tickets are fulfilled your card will be charged. You will NOT receive another email if your requested tickets can not be fulfilled. All sales are final, and refunds and exchanges will not be available.
Am I guaranteed tickets?
Submitting a request doesn’t guarantee tickets but it’s a convenient way to request tickets at a time that suits you. If none of your requested tickets are fulfilled, your card will not be charged.
When will my card be charged?
Your card will only be charged if your request can be fulfilled after the request window closes. To avoid declined transactions, please make sure your card has available funds to cover your maximum potential total. If your card is declined, you will lose your tickets.
What if my requested tickets aren’t fulfilled?
You can review the status of your requested tickets anytime by returning to the My Request page. If your tickets are not fulfilled, the status will show as unsuccessful. Fans whose requested tickets are not fulfilled will not receive an email, and your card will not be charged.
Can I place multiple requests?
No. Only one request per tour is valid. If you submit a second request, your previous ticket request will be cancelled.
Can I change my request?
Yes, if you want to change your request you will need to submit a new request before Thursday, May 14 at 12:00 PM EST. To submit a new request, return to the request page and sign in. Your new request will override your previous request.
Can I cancel my request after it’s submitted?
Yes, you can cancel your request at any time before Thursday, May 14 at 12:00 PM EST on the My Request page.

VIP Packages
Ariana Grande is offering several VIP package options. You can find the full details on this VIP Page or search for them while you pick your tickets by selecting Filters and checking the box next to the star icon. The VIP details page may not appear if the packages have sold out. VIP Package items are subject to change by the Event Organizer.

All merchandise, VIP package elements, fan club memberships, and ticket insurance originally purchased or included with the ticket are not transferable. Ticket insurance will not apply to transferred tickets.
Accessing your mobile tickets
You can access your ticket details from the Ticketmaster App. The Event Organizer will make the scannable ticket available closer to the day of your event, which is estimated to be 48 hrs before your event. You’ll see your order but will not have access to the ticket barcode until this time.
Before leaving for your event, we recommend viewing your ticket in the app or adding your ticket to a mobile wallet to avoid internet connectivity issues at the venue.
