The general sale starts on Tuesday, February 10, 2026 at 10:00 a.m. local venue time with a ticket limit of 8.

The Event Organizer will release the ticket price details when sales begin.

We reserve the right to cancel your orders and tickets, and to prevent you, without notice, from making future purchases on our site if you try to exceed the posted ticket limits.

When is the Artist Presale?

The Artist Presale is on Friday, February 6, 2026 at 10:00 a.m. local venue time. You can purchase up to 6 tickets during a presale.

How do I sign up for the Post Malone’s Artist Presale?

Visit the Post Malone’s Artist Presale sign up page. You can sign up any time before Wednesday, February 4, 2026 at 11:59pm ET.

From their page, follow these steps:

1. Sign into your Ticketmaster Account.
2. Select the check box for the Artist Presale(s) you’d like to join
3. Review your selections for the correct date, time zones and location.
4. Click or tap Sign Up.
5. You’re all set. Make sure you see the confirmation page to review which of your presales are hosted by us and which ones are hosted by another site.

How does the Post Malone Artist Presale work?

Any fan that signs up has the opportunity to join the Artist Presale they selected. The day before each of your presales we'll email you a link the day before and send an SMS reminder (US & CA phone numbers only) up to an hour before tickets go on sale.

Once you follow the link, you’ll have to enter a queue. We recommend joining the waiting room 15 minutes before the start of the sale. No code is required to join the Artist presales as access is tied to your account.

Some of the presales available include the following:

• The Citi Card Member Presale begins on Wednesday, February 4, 2026 at 10:00 a.m. local venue time. To get your presale instructions, visit Accessing Citi® Cardmember Tickets: Everything you need to know.
• The Spotify Presale begins on Monday, February 9, 2026 at 10:00 a.m. local venue time. When you actively listen and follow your favorite artists, Spotify may select you to receive a unique presale code. Make sure you are receiving their email notifications by reviewing your Spotify account.

Accessible Tickets

You can search for accessible tickets by selecting the Filters button and toggling Show accessible tickets.

Venues are solely responsible for establishing their own accessible ticket policies. Availability, type and location of accessible tickets will vary by venue. Venues decide where their accessible tickets will be sold, and may decide to sell these tickets themselves.

Accessing your mobile tickets

You can access your ticket details from the Ticketmaster App. The Event Organizer will make the scannable ticket available closer to the day of your event, which is estimated to be 48 hrs before your event. You’ll see your order but will not have access to the ticket barcode until this time.

Before leaving for your event, we recommend viewing your ticket in the app or adding your ticket to a mobile wallet to avoid internet connectivity issues at the venue.
