These tickets were previously cancelled because the seller violated Ticketmaster's terms of use and now are being re-released for fans to purchase. Simply choose your preferred show and ticket options, fill in your payment information, and submit your request. The more options you select, the better your chances will be to get tickets.

What happens after I request tickets?
You’ll get an email summarizing your request but your card will not be charged at this time. After the request window closes, you’ll get a second email on or before Friday, August 28 if any of your requested tickets can be fulfilled. If your requested tickets are fulfilled your card will be charged. You will NOT receive another email if your requested tickets can not be fulfilled. All sales are final, and refunds and exchanges will not be available.
Am I guaranteed tickets?
Submitting a request doesn’t guarantee tickets but it’s a convenient way to request tickets at a time that suits you. If none of your requested tickets are fulfilled, your card will not be charged.
When will my card be charged?
Your card will only be charged if your request can be fulfilled after the request window closes. To avoid declined transactions, please make sure your card has available funds to cover your maximum potential total. If your card is declined, you will lose your tickets.
What if my requested tickets aren’t fulfilled?
You can review the status of your requested tickets anytime by returning to the My Request page. If your tickets are not fulfilled, the status will show as unsuccessful. Fans whose requested tickets are not fulfilled will not receive an email, and your card will not be charged.
Can I place multiple requests?
You can place 1 request in the U.S. and 1 request in Canada for up to 2 events per country. If you submit a second request for shows in either, your previous ticket request in that country will be cancelled.

Can I change my request?
Yes, if you want to change your request you will need to submit a new request before Friday, August 21 at 11:59 PM EDT. To submit a new request, return to the request page and sign in. Your new request will override your previous request.

For Olivia Rodrigo’s Ticket Request, you can request up to 4 tickets per event for up to 2 events per country, totaling 4 events across US and Canada.

Accessing your mobile tickets
You can access your ticket details from the Ticketmaster App. The Event Organizer will make the scannable ticket available closer to the day of your event, which is estimated to be 48 hrs before your event. You’ll see your order but will not have access to the ticket barcode until this time.
Before leaving for your event, we recommend viewing your ticket in the app or adding your ticket to a mobile wallet to avoid internet connectivity issues at the venue.
Ticket Transfer
Ticket Transfer will be available no later than 3 months before the event date.
Once available, you can transfer your tickets to others before the event from your order. Click or tap the transfer button and select the tickets you’d like to transfer. Visit our help pages for step-by-step instructions and more information on the process.
