Presale
Some of the presales available include the following:
- The American Express Presale begins on Tuesday, May 5, 2026 at 12:00 p.m. local venue time. American Express presale tickets don’t require a code, but you do need to complete the purchase with an American Express credit card.

Accessible Tickets
You can search for accessible tickets by selecting the Filters button and toggling Show accessible tickets.
Venues are solely responsible for establishing their own accessible ticket policies. Availability, type and location of accessible tickets will vary by venue. Venues decide where their accessible tickets will be sold, and may decide to sell these tickets themselves.
VIP Packages
Olivia Rodrigo is offering the GA EARLY ENTRY EXPERIENCE, which includes:
- One general admission ticket with priority access to the floor
- VIP laminate and lanyard
- Specially designed VIP gift item
- Photo opportunity in front of the VIP backdrop to commemorate your evening*
- Pre-show tour merchandise shopping opportunity (where available)
- Early entry into the venue
- Designated check-in and on-site VIP event staff

Accessing your mobile tickets
You can access your ticket details from the Ticketmaster App. The Event Organizer will make the scannable ticket available closer to the day of your event, which is estimated to be 48 hrs before your event. You’ll see your order but will not have access to the ticket barcode until this time.
Before leaving for your event, we recommend viewing your ticket in the app or adding your ticket to a mobile wallet to avoid internet connectivity issues at the venue.
Ticket Transfer
Ticket Transfer will be available no later than 3 months before the event date.
Once available, you can transfer your tickets to others before the event from your order. Click or tap the transfer button and select the tickets you’d like to transfer. Visit our help pages for step-by-step instructions and more information on the process.
