To access tickets purchased through Seated, follow these steps:
- After your purchase, find the confirmation email from Seated in your inbox. If you’re unable to find the email, make sure to check your spam or junk folders and add our email to your contacts to avoid future issues.
- Select the Claim Your Tickets link to be redirected to the landing page.
- Select Claim Tickets and sign in or create a Ticketmaster Account.
- Tap or click My Tickets to find your event, view your seat locations, barcodes and more. We recommend adding your tickets to your mobile wallet so that you’ll always have your ticket on hand — even without internet connection.
If you're still unable to claim your tickets after following the steps, contact Seated by following these steps:
- Go to support.seated.com.
- Select the black and white Seated logo at the bottom right-hand corner of the page to open their support ticket panel.
- Select Fan Support to create a ticket.
- Enter information into the required fields and submit by selecting the Create ticket button.
