Face Value Exchange

Motionless in White is using Ticketmaster's Face Value Exchange to help fans get tickets at the original price. Tickets will be non-transferable and can only be resold on Ticketmaster at face value. Tickets listed elsewhere through unauthorized sources may be fake or invalid.

As an additional protection, tickets for this show will be mobile wallet-only for entry. Fans must add their Ticketmaster tickets to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet before arriving at the venue. Any ticket not displayed in the fan’s mobile wallet app will not be accepted for entry.

Accessing your mobile tickets

You can access your ticket details from the Ticketmaster App. The Event Organizer will make the scannable ticket available closer to the day of your event.

For this event, barcodes will not be shown, so you're required to add your tickets to your phone’s mobile wallet.

To add your tickets to your wallet, follow these steps:

1. Open your Ticketmaster App.
2. Sign into your Ticketmaster Account.
3. Tap My Tickets and find your order.
4. Tap View Tickets.
5. Tap the add to wallet button and either select your ticket or add all of the tickets to your wallet. Android users: If you don’t already have Google Wallet on your device, you’ll need to download the Google Wallet app before adding your tickets to your wallet.
6. When you're ready to enter, present your ticket from your mobile wallet.

  Add your ticket to Google Wallet before you arrive at the venue. You’ll need an internet connection to add the ticket. Once it’s saved in Google Wallet, you can access it without a signal.

  
  
  1. Open your ticket in your Ticketmaster Account.
  2. Tap Add to Google Wallet.
  3. Check that the ticket appears in the Google Wallet app before you leave.

  Why doesn’t my ticket work when I open it in my browser?

  
  

  This event is using Mobile Wallet only tickets to protect capped resale pricing, your phone is your ticket. Tickets for this event must be added to your mobile wallet before entry. Tickets displayed from anywhere other than your mobile wallet app will not get you in.

  
  

  Be sure to open your ticket in the Google Wallet app, not wallet.google.com or another browser page. If Google Wallet isn’t installed on your phone, download the Google Wallet app first, then follow the steps to add your ticket to your wallet.

  
  

  What should I do if tapping my Android phone doesn't work?

  
  

  You may need to update your phone's settings. Based on your device type, follow the steps below:

  1. Open Settings.
  2. Go to Connections.
  3. Turn on NFC and contactless payments.
  4. Open your ticket in the Google Wallet app and try again.
  
  

  For Google Pixel Phones

  
  
  1. Open Settings.
  2. Go to Connected Devices, then Connection Preferences.
  3. Turn on NFC.
  4. Open your ticket in the Google Wallet app and try again.
  
  

  Can power-saving mode affect my ticket?

  
  

  Yes. Power-saving mode can prevent NFC from working. Turn off power-saving mode before you tap your phone at the reader. Charge your phone before you arrive so you have enough battery for entry.

  
  

  Where should I hold my Android phone when I tap?

  
  

  It works like tap to pay. Hold your phone flat against the reader for a moment. If it doesn’t read, move your phone slightly and try again.

  
  

  What if my Android ticket still won’t tap?

  
  

  If your ticket is in the Google Wallet app, NFC is on and the ticket still won’t tap, go to the box office for support.

  
  

  What if my Android phone doesn’t support NFC?

  
  

  You need a phone that supports NFC to use a mobile wallet ticket at entry. If you can’t add or use your ticket in Google Wallet, go to the box office for support.

  
  

  What Android version do I need to be able to add tickets to my wallet?

  
  

  Before show day, update your phone to Android 7.0 or later, update the Ticketmaster app, and follow the steps to add your tickets to your Google Wallet. If you still can’t add your ticket to Google Wallet, go to the box office for support.

  If your pass is disabled, go to the box office for support. The account holder’s name and a photo ID will help the venue team assist you faster.

  
  

  What iOS version do I need to be able to add my ticket to my wallet?

  
  

  Before show day, update your iPhone to iOS 16.4 or later, update the Ticketmaster App, and follow the steps to add your ticket to your mobile wallet.
