Feld Entertainment Production Official souvenir tags are ordered at least 14 business days prior to your event and will be delivered on or before the event date. However, orders placed after this time are not guaranteed to arrive prior to the event — they’ll be delivered within three weeks of your order. They’re only shipped to the U.S. and Canada.
If you haven’t received your tour tag(s) within the time frames listed above, please contact QA@feldinc.com. Make sure you include the email address you used at the time of the purchase and your Ticketmaster order number.
