The Yondr Pouch is a secure bag that is used to store your mobile device during an event. Event Organizers and artists will require Yondr Pouches to block the use of cellphones, smart watches, cameras or recording devices.
Guests have their phones on them at all times and can access their phones throughout the show in the designated Phone Use Areas at the venue. All phones will then be re-locked in Yondr pouches before guests return to the performance space. Anyone that’s caught using a cellphone during the performance may be removed from the venue.
I have a mobile ticket. What should I do?
Once your ticket is scanned, all phones and smart watches will be secured in Yondr pouches that will be unlocked at the end of the event.
