To check if a delivery method change is possible, follow these steps:

2. Find your order in My Events.
3. Under Ticket Delivery, click Change to view alternate delivery options. -

3. Under Ticket Delivery, click Change to view alternate delivery options.
If you don’t see an option to change the delivery method, it may be for one of the following reasons:
- The Event Organizer isn’t allowing delivery changes for your event.
- Your event is 10 days or less away.
- Your tickets are only available for mobile entry. Visit our FAQ How do I use Mobile Entry tickets? for more information.
- You have VIP tickets.
- You have resale tickets. Visit our FAQ How are resale tickets delivered? for more information.
- You purchased your ticket through a Ticketmaster representative rather than through Ticketmaster.com or in the Ticketmaster app.
