Not all events or tickets are available for resale, but it's easy to find out if your seats are eligible through Ticketmaster.

- Sign into your My Account.
- Select your order in My Events.
- Tap Sell and Sell Your Tickets. If you receive a message that the Event Organizer hasn’t activated resale, your tickets aren’t eligible for resale or Ticketmaster isn't the primary ticket provider.
- Select the tickets you want to sell and tap Continue.

- Review your listing and you’re done.

- Click the Sell Tickets button. If you receive a message that the Event Organizer hasn’t activated resale, your tickets aren’t eligible for resale or Ticketmaster isn't the primary ticket provider.
- Select the tickets you want to sell and click Continue.

- Review your listing and you’re done.
We’ll deposit your payout typically within 5-7 business days after your tickets are sold.
In order to resell tickets for events in the U.S., you must have a U.S. bank account. In addition, your Tax Seller Details, which may include a Social Security Number (SSN) or an Individual Taxpayer Identification Number (ITIN), must be validated before we can pay you. Do I have to pay a set-up fee to list my tickets?
Creating a listing to sell your tickets is always free. However, when your tickets are sold, a service fee is collected from the total selling price of your tickets. During the setup process, you’ll be able to view all of the details before finalizing your ticket listing.
Do I have to sell all of my tickets?
With Fan-to-Fan Resale, you have the flexibility to sell all or just some of your tickets. To select specific tickets, click Sell Tickets or tap Sell and Sell Your Tickets in the app and select the box next to the desired tickets. A check mark will appear in the box when selected.
Will all of my tickets be sold together?
If you’re selling two tickets, they’ll always be sold as a pair.
Here are your options for selling more than two:
3 tickets – sell as 1 or 3
4 tickets – sell as 2 or 4
5 tickets – sell as 1, 2, 3, or 5
6 tickets – sell as 2, 4, or 6
7 tickets – sell as 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, or 7
8 tickets – sell as 2, 4, 6, or 8
When listing nine or more tickets, they can be sold in any quantity.
This only applies to reserved seating. If you have General Admission (GA) or lawn seats, these can be sold in any quantity.
Why are some tickets not eligible for resale?
Artists, teams and venues determine how and when tickets may be resold for their events on Ticketmaster. This may include requesting that resale is not available on our site for an entire event, certain areas of the venue, or for specific ticket types such as will call, charity or donated tickets.
Additionally, resale isn’t available for events where Ticketmaster is not the primary ticket provider.
Why can't I sell my tickets below face value for my event?
The artist, venue or Event Organizer has set face value as the minimum resale price for that event.
What is pending sale?
Pending sale means someone purchased your ticket(s), but the order is currently being processed and is not yet finalized. Once your tickets have been sold, the status will be updated to Sold.
What happens if my tickets are not sold?
Your tickets will remain available for purchase until the event’s resale deadline expires, which varies by event. Any tickets that have not sold will be placed back into your account for your use. Unsold tickets aren’t eligible for refunds.
You can securely share your listing with anyone using your direct link. After listing your tickets, just copy the URL or share it on X (Twitter), Facebook, WhatsApp and through email or text. You can also find your link under the Ticket Resale section on your order. When the Event Organizer has activated resale for the public, your ticket listing will still appear to anyone on the Ticketmaster site even when you've created a link to directly share. If your tickets sell, the listing will automatically be removed from the interactive seat map.

- Add a debit card or verified bank account under Payment Accounts in your Billing Information.
- Select a credit or debit card for reimbursement in case of refunds under Payout Methods in your Billing Information.
- Use your Ticketmaster credentials to add your Seller Tax Details.
