UPS delivery is available for billing addresses in the US and Canada. We can't deliver tickets to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses via UPS. If you have a P.O. Box or APO/FPO billing address, please select another delivery option.
The Event Organizer may choose to ship the tickets closer to the event date, which may affect your order arrival time. Once your order has been printed, we’ll send you a confirmation email. When they’ve been shipped, use the UPS tracker to get updates. Please use your entire Ticketmaster order number as the UPS Reference number (ex: 1-23456/FLO).
UPS may require that an adult be present to sign for a package. If no one can sign, then UPS may leave a notice of delivery card with another delivery date or of a place where you may go to collect your package.
UPS will not deliver on Sundays or holidays.
