You can change your payment information from your Ticketmaster Account. Any updates made to your profile will only affect future purchases and won’t impact past orders.
- Sign into your Ticketmaster Account. You can only add a payout account on our website, not the app.
- Under My Profile, click Billing Information.
- Locate the outdated or incorrect payment option in the Payout Accounts section and click Delete.
- Click Yes, Delete on the delayed payment warning if you wish to continue.
- In the same section, click the + Add New Account button.
- Enter your account information and choose Checking, Savings or Debit Card.
- Click Save Account.

- Sign into your Ticketmaster Account.
- Tap My Account.
- Under Preferences, remove the incorrect payment information
- Tap + Saved Payment Methods to add your new details.

- Sign into your Ticketmaster Account.
- Under My Profile, click Billing Information.
- Under Payment Methods, remove the incorrect payment information and click + Save new Payment Method to add your new details.
- Under Payout Accounts, remove the incorrect payout method and click + Add An Account to add your new details.
