All sales are final. Event Organizers determine refund guidelines and are only allowed in limited circumstances.
- No action is required. Refunds are processed to the original method of payment used at time of purchase, as soon as funds are received from the Event Organizer. It should appear in your account within 14-21 business days.

If the Event Organizer is allowing refunds and the Ticket Transfer hasn’t been accepted by your recipient, cancel the transfer to request a refund. Otherwise, the recipient would need to transfer the tickets back.
