If you’ve sold your tickets on Ticketmaster.com, Ticketmaster.ca or Livenation.com and been paid, select the tab that reflects the status of the event for further information:
-
If the event was canceled, we’ll process a refund. In order to provide it, we’ll take the following steps:
- Charge your credit card on file to refund the buyer of your tickets and if successful, place the tickets back on to your account.
- Process a refund to your original method of payment used at the time of purchase as soon as funds are received from the Event Organizer. It should appear on your account within 14-21 days, depending on your bank's processing time.
-
If the event was postponed, rescheduled or moved, we’ll return the tickets to your account provided the Event Organizer has authorized refunds, and the buyer has requested a refund.
Should this occur, we’ll charge your credit card on file to refund the buyer of your tickets and if successful, place the tickets back on to your account. At that time, you may have the option to request a refund, keep your tickets for the event, or repost your tickets for sale if the resale is available.
Refund policies are determined on an event-by-event basis by the Event Organizers, and may be subject to limitations set by the Event Organizer.
Please see our Purchase Policy for more information.
