Here’s a few options if you no longer have the card used to purchase your tickets:

If you’ve lost your credit card, you’ll need a billing statement with the credit card number on it, a valid photo ID with a signature (state ID, driver's license, or passport) and the order number.

Please take your receipt and valid photo ID with a signature (state ID, driver's license, or passport) to the will call window.
In all scenarios, the photo ID must match the name on the order.
