How can I request a refund for my ParkWhiz parking pass if I'm unable to attend the event?
You need to submit the ParkWhiz parking pass refund request before the parking start time. Contact Parkwhiz at help@parkwhiz.com for any refund-related requests.
If you purchased ParkWhiz parking during the checkout process, you can find and use your parking pass by following the below steps:

When your order confirmation appears on screen, click the Retrieve Parking Pass link to download or save your pass.

2. Select View Your Parking Pass.

2. Click My Passes or tap My Parking on the Parkwhiz app.
3. Find your order.

To print your parking pass, visit parkwhiz.com on your desktop or laptop and follow the instructions under the ParkWhiz website or app section above.
Why can't I see my pass?
If your ParkWhiz pass isn't appearing using the steps above, check that the email you used to sign in matches the address you used to make your ParkWhiz purchase.

Can I sell or transfer my parking pass?
ParkWhiz parking passes can’t be sold or transferred through your Ticketmaster account. You can give the physical print out of the pass to someone else to use.
