For security reasons, ticket barcodes for some events become available closer to the event date. You’ll be able to access the ticket barcodes typically within three days before your event. You can find delivery information and release time specific to your event in your purchase confirmation email, on your order in Ticketmaster Account or on the event page.
Once your tickets are ready, the barcode is valid for entry. You'll be able to see them on the website, in the Ticketmaster App, and add them to your mobile wallet. If you're using a new device, be sure to sign in with the same Apple ID or Google account you normally use for your wallet.
Screenshots aren't valid for entry.
Why aren't my ticket barcodes available yet?
The Event Organizer may opt to display the ticket barcodes closer to the event date for a variety of reasons, including:
- We're checking that everyone bought within the event's ticket limit.
- We’re confirming that no one used unfair ticket technology to buy in bulk.
- The Event Organizer has chosen to release barcodes closer to the event to prevent fraud and abuse.
Can I add my tickets to my wallet now?
You’ll be able to add your tickets to your mobile wallet once the ticket barcodes are available. When your tickets are ready, you can add them to your Apple or Google Wallet. If you're using a new device, be sure to sign in with the same Apple ID or Google account you normally use for your wallet.
What should I do while I wait?
To make sure you can get to your tickets when they're ready:
- Sign in with the account used to buy them.
- Update the Ticketmaster App to the latest version.
- Check your order confirmation in Ticketmaster Account.
What if I still can't access my tickets?
If it is the day of the event, visit the venue's Mobile Resolution Window. It's typically near the main entrance and opens about 90 minutes before the event or showtime. Bring your order number, a valid photo ID that matches the name on the order and the card used for purchase or its last four digits.
