If you haven’t received your one-time code, you can select Request a New Code. Please make sure to that your phone is not on Airplane Mode or Do Not Disturb.
- Make sure that the latest software updates are present on the phone, and that there are no applications interfering or filtering incoming SMS messages.
- Restart the device to force it to reconnect to the local base station.
- Re-test message delivery, if you're still unable to receive a new code, you need to contact your carrier to resolve.
SMS service is not currently available in every country. You will not be able to create an account using a phone number outside our area of service.
