How does the Backstreet Boys Artist Presale work?
Any fan that signs up has the opportunity to join the presales they selected. Only fans who sign up in advance can join. We’ll also email you a reminder the day before the sale starts and send an SMS reminder up to an hour before tickets go on sale. Only US and CA numbers will receive SMS reminders.
For presales hosted by Ticketmaster, we recommend joining the waiting room 15 minutes before the start of the sale.
