How do I sign up for the Backstreet Boys Artist Presale?

Visit the Backstreet Boys Artist Presale sign up page. You can sign up any time before Monday, February 17 at 10 PM PT.

From their page, follow these steps:

1. Sign into your My Account.
2. Select the check box for the Artist Presale(s) you’d like to join
3. Review your selections for the correct date, time zones and location.
4. Click or tap Sign Up.
5. Make sure you see the confirmation page.

You’re all set. We’ll send you an email reminder the day before your Artist Presales with a link to join.

How does the Backstreet Boys Artist Presale work?

Any fan that signs up has the opportunity to join the Artist Presales they selected. The day before each of your presales, we’ll email you a reminder with a link to the Artist Presale. 

Once you follow the link, you’ll have to enter a queue. We recommend joining the waiting room 15 minutes before the start of the sale. No code is required to join the Artist Presales, access is tied to your account.

When is the Artist Presale?

The Artist Presale starts on February 19 and runs from 9 AM local time until February 20 at 10 AM local time.

When do other presales start?

There may be a few presales for Backstreet Boys. To find the full list of available presales, follow the steps below:

1. Click the link to your event page on the Ticketmaster Events Chart.
2. Click Event Info/See Tickets
3. If the first presale hasn’t started, you will see a countdown timer and a list of all presales.
4. If a presale has already started, click the View Onsales Time link
