Sign in to your Ticketmaster Account from your desktop or mobile web to get started and follow the steps below to update your phone number:
- Under My Profile, click Profile Details.
- Click Update Number.
- Enter the one-time code sent to the current phone number in your profile.
- Enter your new phone number.
- Enter the one-time code sent to the new phone number.
If you haven’t received your one-time code, you can select Request a New Code. Please make sure that your phone is not on Airplane Mode or Do Not Disturb. We’d recommend following the troubleshooting steps below.
- Make sure that the latest software updates are present on the phone, and that there are no applications interfering or filtering incoming SMS messages.
- Restart the device to force it to reconnect to the local base station.
- Re-test message delivery, if you're still unable to receive a new code, you need to contact your carrier to resolve.
SMS service is not currently available in every country. You will not be able to create an account using a phone number outside our area of service.
