Sign in with Apple and Sign in with Google are no longer available on Ticketmaster, so you'll need to sign in to Ticketmaster directly with your email address and password. Which email to use during sign in depends on how your account was originally set up:
- If you signed in using Sign in with Google, use the email address on your Google Account.
- If you signed in using Sign in with Apple, use the email address on your Apple Account.
- If you signed in with Apple using Hide My Email, your account is linked to a private relay address (like xxx@privaterelay.appleid.com or xxx@private.icloud.com) instead of your personal email. Open the dropdown below for details on how to find it and reset your password and add your personal email to access your Ticketmaster Account.
Once you know the right email, tap Forgot Password? on the sign-in screen to set a new password, since your old one won't carry over.
Why can't I sign in with my normal email address?
If you originally created your Ticketmaster Account using Sign in with Apple, you may have chosen to use Apple’s Hide My Email feature. This means Apple generated a private, randomized address (something like xxx@privaterelay.appleid.com or xxx@@private.icloud.com) and shared that email with Ticketmaster to create your account. Because the option to sign into Ticketmaster using Sign in with Apple is no longer supported, you’ll need to update your password and email address to access your account.
How do I find the email associated with my Ticketmaster Account if I used Hide My Email?
You can look this up directly from your Apple ID settings:
- Open your iPhone's Settings app and tap your name/profile at the top.
- Scroll down and tap Sign in with Apple.
- In the list of apps and websites, find and tap Ticketmaster.
- On the Ticketmaster details screen, look for Hide My Email. This shows the private relay address associated with your account (e.g., xxx@privaterelay.appleid.com).
- Tap the address to copy it.
That address is the email you'll use to sign in and reset your email and password on Ticketmaster.
I found my Hide My Email address. Now what?
You'll need to sign in with your Hide My Email address and reset your password to regain access to your account. Your old password won't carry over.
- Go to the Ticketmaster sign-in screen and enter that email address.
- Tap Forgot Password?
- Enter your Hide My Email address again when prompted, and tap Next.
- Choose how to receive your one-time reset code — via phone number or email — then tap Next.
- Enter the one-time code you receive to verify your identity, then tap Confirm Code.
- Create a new password (must be at least 12 characters, include a letter and a number), then tap Reset Password.
You'll now be signed in with your new password. Next, you will be prompted to update the email on your account to access your tickets with your actual email address.
How do I change the email on my account?
Once you're signed in:
- Go to My Profile within your My Account settings in the Ticketmaster App or website.
- Find the Email Address field under Personal Information.
- Enter the new email address you'd like to use going forward.
- Save your changes. You’ll be asked to verify the new email via a one-time code sent to your phone.
Once updated, you'll use this new email (not the Hide My Email private address) to sign in.
I don't see Ticketmaster listed under "Sign in with Apple" in my Apple ID Settings. What do I do?
If Ticketmaster isn't listed, it likely means the account wasn't created using Sign in with Apple, or Hide My Email was previously disabled.
In that case, try signing in with the email address you'd normally use for Ticketmaster or using the Forgot Password? option.
Why can't I keep my Apple private relay address?
Some events require your actual email address to deliver your order and get in touch with you about it. Updating your account to use your actual email ensures your tickets and order updates reach you.
I signed in with Apple using Hide My Email and now have a second Ticketmaster Account. What should I do?
Signing in with Apple's Hide My Email feature created a new Ticketmaster Account, even if you already had a Ticketmaster Account. Ticketmaster Accounts can't be merged or combined, so what you do next depends on whether the new account has any tickets on it:
- No tickets purchased, transferred, or sold: You can request deletion of the account through the Privacy Policy webform.
- Tickets purchased, transferred, or sold for an upcoming event: Manage those tickets from that account, or transfer them to another account if transfer is enabled for the event. Once the event has passed, you can request deletion the same way, using the Hide My Email Private Relay address associated with that account.
I tried to update my Hide My Email address but got the message That email is already taken. Please try another one. Why did I receive this error?
For security, the email on your account can't match the email on any other Ticketmaster Account. This error can happen if you've created an account with Sign in with Apple using Hide My Email and have another Ticketmaster Account under a personal email. To resolve it, you can keep the account that was created with the Hide My Email address by updating the email to a different personal email address or send a request through our webform to delete the unwanted account.
