Presales give fans the opportunity to purchase tickets before the general sale. Depending on the type of presale, you may need to sign up to join the presale or get a code to access the ticket sale.
Some artists may have a presale through Ticketmaster that allows fans who sign up in advance to join the presale. You can visit the artist’s sign up page to get started. Visit our FAQ How do I sign up and access tickets through an artist’s presale? for more information.
Ticketmaster or Live Nation Presale
Create a Ticketmaster account and favorite all the artists, performers, teams and venues that you love, so we can notify you by email about upcoming presales.
If you have a Live Nation account, you'll receive email alerts about some upcoming Live Nation presales. You can use the same sign-in details from your Ticketmaster account to sign into Live Nation. Need the Live Nation presale password? Use TEMPO or BEATS.
Album Pre-order Presale
Sometimes tours offer a presale code to the fans who have pre-ordered the artist’s new album. Sign up to notifications from your favorite artist and Live Nation to find out about these opportunities.
Customer-Only Presales

- Verizon Access Offers: Available exclusively to eligible Verizon customers. Go to Account Settings to connect your Verizon account. Visit the Verizon Access site for eligibility and to learn more about your offers.
- Spotify Presale: If you have a Spotify account and you actively listen or follow your favorite artists, Spotify may select you to email you a unique presale code.
You may also find presale opportunities with your team, venue or on the radio.
If an artist has a fan club, they may invite fan club members to join presales or give fans the chance to buy tickets and a fan club membership together during their presales on Ticketmaster.com — so you won’t need a presale code.
You can join the fan club from the artist’s official fan club site. Look for your activation email in 7-10 business days (unless otherwise noted). Contact Fan Support if you haven't received it after that time period passes.
What should I do if my code isn’t working?
Fan club presale codes are case sensitive, so be sure to enter your code exactly as it appears from the fan club! If you still get an incorrect code error, contact the fan club. A code doesn't guarantee a ticket — they could have sold out already!
