What formats can an order number take?
An order number usually looks like one of these:
- 2-56789/FLO or 23-56789/FLO — one or two digits, a hyphen, five digits, a slash and a short event code
- A 17-digit number, which may be grouped with hyphens as ####-####-####-####-1
To view your online order’s receipt or confirmation number, follow these steps:
- Sign into your Ticketmaster Account.
- Find your order in My Tickets. Resale tickets may take up to 24 hours to appear in your account.
- Under the Your Order section, click View Order Receipt. Your receipt will show the total paid, including fees and taxes.
Receipts are unavailable on our app or for events that took place more than 90 days in the past.
During high volume sales, confirmation emails may be slightly delayed.
Purchased tickets to a sporting event? Try checking through your team’s account. Visit am.ticketmaster.com, search for your team or venue and sign in.
If you still don't see the order you're looking for, you may have used a different email to purchase your tickets.
Your account may show $0 for transferred tickets because you didn't buy them through Ticketmaster. The original purchase price appears in the original purchaser's account, and Ticketmaster can't see what you paid anyone else.
If you bought tickets through another ticketing provider, contact that provider or the original point of purchase for the purchase amount, the original receipt and support for that purchase.
