To verify your email and phone, follow these steps:

- When you create an account or add an email to an existing account, we’ll ask you to provide an email that you own.
- It may take a few minutes for the email with your one-time code to arrive in your inbox.
- Return to your verification screen and enter the code to continue.
Your verification code is unique. It changes each time you verify a new email address or phone number and when you request a new code.

- It may take a few minutes for the text with your one-time code to arrive on your phone.
- Return to your verification screen and enter the code to continue.

- When you create an account, or add a landline phone number to an existing account, we’ll call you at that number to provide you with a one-time verification code.
- It may take a few minutes to receive the phone call with your code.
- Once you receive the code, return to your verification screen and enter the code to continue.

I get an error message, but my number is valid. What should I do?
If you received an error stating that your number is not accepted or supported, your number may not be mobile carrier or landline. Additional methods like payphones, pagers, Google Voice or Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) are not accepted or supported. If you’re still having trouble, please contact Fan Support for help.
What should I do if I haven’t received my verification code or my code has expired?
You can request a new code from the verification screen. Ensure the email spelling or phone number is correct. If you're still having issues, try these helpful tips:

- Check your junk and spam folders
- Search your inbox for a Ticketmaster email from @email.ticketmaster.com
- Make sure your email is not blocking or filtering out transactional emails
- Try using another email address

- Refresh your screen and enter the code again
- Check that Do Not Disturb mode is not enabled on your phone
- Enable roaming and ensure data is covered by your plan if you're traveling
- Restart the device and then have the code resent to you
