The Ticketmaster app offers a range of features not offered on mobile web view, including instant notifications for important events or artists, easy Sell navigation and the ability to change between countries for purchase or entry. Most importantly, once you’ve viewed your ticket in the app, it's automatically saved and ready to be scanned even without internet connectivity.

The page will appear when you open the app. From here, you can search for your desired event using the search bar or by selecting a location and date.
How do I purchase tickets on the app?
Once you've selected the event you'd like to attend from the Home page, ensure you've chosen the correct venue location. Ticketmaster doesn't sell for every venue, so if you see a location missing, it may be sold on another site.
From the ticket purchase page, follow these steps:
- Use the dropdown to select the amount of tickets you'd like to purchase.
- Tap the Filters button to sort the list of tickets by price and section or select a group of tickets under Ticket Type. If you're purchasing tickets during a presale, tap Unlock to add your code.
- Scroll through the list to see tickets by price or zoom in on the map to view the sections. Tap a section to view a list of all the available tickets in that area.
- Select your desired tickets.
- Review the ticket location, order subtotal and delivery method, then tap Next.
- Add or Select your payment method and choose if you'd like to opt into ticket insurance.
- Once you've reviewed the final details, agree to the Terms of Use and tap Place Order.

In this section, you can tap Add Favorites to view a curated list of upcoming events based on your favorited artists, performers, teams and venues.

This page allows you to view and manage your tickets. Tap an event for more details about your ticket, view your tickets or tap the add-to-wallet button to save them to your phone's mobile wallet before leaving for the event so they're always ready to be scanned, even when you’re offline.
You can also list your tickets by tapping Sell or transfer them to friends and family using the Transfer button. Visit our FAQs How do I sell tickets? or How do I transfer tickets? for step-by-step instructions. -
If you're looking to sell your tickets or would like to see the status of sold tickets, the Sell section has all of the information you need. These are your options in the Sell section:
- Sell Your Ticket: Select your tickets and view your selling options. View our FAQ How do I sell tickets? for further instructions.
- Tickets I’m Selling: View the tickets that are currently live on the marketplace.
- Sold Tickets: Find details on tickets that have already been sold.
- Expired Tickets: Review tickets that were placed on the marketplace but weren’t sold before the event began.

If you’d like to sign out of your account in the app, scroll to the bottom of the screen and tap Sign Out.
Why don’t I see my tickets in my app?
Check if you’re signed into the My Account associated with the email address attached to the order.
If you've just made an order, it may take a few moments for your event to appear in My Events. You won't be able to access your ticket's barcode until closer to the event date.
