Presale

When is the Artist Presale?

The Artist Presale is on Wednesday, May 7, 2025 and runs from 10:00 a.m. local venue time until 11:00 p.m. local venue time. You can purchase up to 4 tickets during a presale.

How do I sign up for the Emilia’s Artist Presale?

Visit the Emilia’s Artist Presale sign up page. You can sign up any time before Monday, May 5, 2025 at 11:00 p.m. ET.

From their page, follow these steps:

1. Sign into your Ticketmaster Account.
2. Select the check box for the shows you’d like to join the presale for.
3. Review your selections for the correct date, time zones and location.
4. Click or tap Sign Up.
5. You're all set. Make sure you see the confirmation page to review which of your presales are hosted by us and which ones are hosted by another site

You can edit your selections up until the sign up window closes. We’ll send you an email and/or text message the day before your presales with a link to join.

How does the Emilia Artist Presale work?

Any fan that signs up has the opportunity to join the presales they selected. The day before each of your presales, we’ll text you a link to the presales you selected.

For presales hosted by Ticketmaster, we recommend joining the waiting room 15 minutes before the start of the sale.

Pit Ticket Requests

To give fans more flexibility, Eric Church is inviting fans to request tickets for Free The Machine Tour. Take your time to review and choose the shows you’d like to attend. Submitting a request doesn’t guarantee tickets but it’s a convenient way to request tickets at a time that suits you.

How do I request tickets?

Before the request window closes on Thursday, May 1, 2025 at 4:00 p.m. ET, follow these steps:

1. Visit Eric Church request page.
2. Select which shows you’re interested in and the type of ticket you want.
3. Add your payment details.

After the window closes, we’ll let you know if any of your requested tickets have been fulfilled, and your card will be charged. If the tickets within your request can’t be fulfilled, your card won’t be charged.

Tickets will be held at Will Call and can only be retrieved by the cardholder with original credit card of purchase and a valid photo ID with signature such as a state ID, driver's license or passport. Note: Tickets for the Brooklyn, NY and Inglewood, CA events will be mobile delivery and subject to a delivery delay.

Can I request tickets for more than one city?

Yes, however, you’re committing to purchase the tickets should they be fulfilled. For example, if you enter for five shows, it is possible your tickets will be fulfilled for all five shows in which case your credit card will immediately be charged for tickets to all five shows.

TICKET LIMITS
You may purchase a maximum of (4) four tickets per show during the presale and (2) two tickets during the General Sale.

TICKET DELIVERY
At the request of the tour, the barcode on your ticket will not display until 48 hours before the event. You will see your order but will not have access to the ticket barcode until this time.

Why was my seat changed?

While stage production was being finalized by the tour, views from select seats became obstructed. To ensure fans have a full view of the show, the tour has moved fans to comparable seats. Affected fans will be notified in advance so they are prepared for the show.

Will my seat be changed?

If you purchased through Ticketmaster and your seats are affected, you will receive an email prior to your show with more information.

I bought on another site, will my seat be changed?

If you purchased your ticket through another site, please reach out to the person who originally transferred the ticket to you. They’ll need to confirm whether their seat was changed — and if so, send you the updated ticket. If you can't reach them, please contact the resale site directly.
